Co living at a centralized location at Farrer Park/ Serangoon or Lavender area. We have a room for a short or long term rental.
The room lease allows you to freely utilize the full condo facilities. Utilities is included and we shared general housekeeping. Our unit is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and Netflix, you are encourage to watch TV or play games in the living area.
We are on the highest level with a panromantic view and very windy all year round.
The Room is equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers and a king size bed.
We encourage cooking and self clean up, all white goods provided in the kitchen, such as oven, refrigerators, washing machines etc.
The condo facilities has an Olympic size swimming pool in a tropical landscaping, cold and heated jacuzzi, 2 tennis court, a half basketball court, a badminton court, a gymnasium, a function room and 6 BBQ pits for your entertaining. We allows tenant to access to condo website to do own booking.
Currently, the unit is own stay by my cousin and me. Please note the price quote is for one person only, couple would be at $1600. Open for negotiation depending upon reasonable request. No agent please.
