Accessibility 5 minutes’ walk to Tampines east MRT station. 30 minutes to town though downtown line 15-20 minutes to Changi airport through MRT/bus and 10 minutes through driving/taxi.
The whole house is newly renovated and equipped with new furniture. Condo facilities include swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, barbecue pit and Etc.
The master bedroom is suitable for one or two people. You will have your own toilet and bath tub. 1,100 - 1,200 dollars per month (depending on how many person), water, electricity and the Internet are included.
