CO's room

I am the male Chinese owner of my HDB flat in Ang Mo Kio Blk 430, 5 mins walk from the MRT. I have one common room asking for $750 and one master bedroom ( has bathroom attached )asking for $900. No cooking , no visitors allowed,

You should be comfortable staying with a male Chinese landlord and other tenants in the other room. Prefer office working professional. Email me for more pictures of the room.
