*Update: 10.06.2020 Our current tenant had extended his lease toward late August, 2020.

After which, we will be refurnish the room and house. This is a preliminary thoughts as it also depend with the current lock down regulations.

We are okay with short term rental, minimum a 3 months lease. Company lease is acceptable.

We have one common room for rent. ‘Airbnb’ concept to co living with two other male. It bright and airy, a full floor to ceiling window which offer a partial sea and city view.

It is fully furnished and utility is included. Internet, Wi-Fi and Netflix is free. Light cooking is encouraged. We don’t restrict our flat mate, only seek understanding and learn from one another from each other culture differences. Our living and dining area are welcome for your comfy and small entertainment.

Flexible with the viewing time and able to move in immediately. Welcome short term company lease.

Our Condo is equipped with many facilities. Nearest train station is at Farrer Park, which is the North-East line in Purple. A walking distance to Bendemeer Station, Downtown line in Blue or Lavender Station in Green. Many direct buses to city as well.

Please note that the actual address is next to what is listed, a larger condo with many facilities.

Currently, my cousin and I stays in the apartment.

The spare room is idle for now after our Polish flat mate recently return home.

• Our companion, the Chow Chow is in Rainbow Land now. We don’t have any pet for the moment. we can consider if you have one and is having issues with landlord. We can help with the put up.
