Iām the owner of the house (Vietnamese) but Iām not living in this house.

Transport: Bus stop right at the door step, direct bus 57 to Bugis, Vivo, Novena. Bus 238 to Toa Payoh MRT (3 bus stops) -To Orchard: 15 mins -Bugis: 25 mins-35 mins (Direct bus or MRT)
