Description
- I want the flexibility to leave with 1 month notice (but I am willing to commit to minimum stay) as my wife may be joining me in the future, in which case I’d like to find a more private/spacious place - putting this as my first point as it’s quite important!
- Great conversationalist, very social, humourous, friendly and open-minded, but perfectly willing and able to be locked up in my room for some time
- Grew up in Australia, but have also lived in Hong Kong, Malaysia and this will be my second stint in Singapore, after having lived in Singapore for 2 years (until Covid!)
- Love pets, especially cats and dogs. In fact, I might even say I have a preference for a place with a pet, as long as you let me hang out with them too!
- I don’t watch TV at all
- I’m very good with electricity usage - I basically turn off everything, including power points, when not in use.
- I like chatting in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), because I’m not fluent in either, but love speaking them just to practice and get better
- After a place with decent storage, own bathroom, furnished (not necessarily master bedroom). Preferably in the direction of Commonwealth, or alternatively, Kovan.
- I love playing football (soccer) and I’m an avid Arsenal fan
- I will end up having a bicycle which I’ll want to store somewhere
- I might also have a guitar which I might play from time to time
- I basically won’t be cooking at all - but I might pull out the odd instant noodle packet to “cook”!
- Would like flexibility to have guests over sometimes (not that often)
