An ideal room would be within $1,000, utilities+wifi included, in the East (Bedok to Paya Lebar, Serangoon etc…). Preferably without a live-in landlord. I don’t cook often but would like the option to. I also don’t party but would like to occasionally invite a small, government-sanctioned number of friends to my place. I don’t smoke and would like to live with other non-smokers.

I come with a very cute 5-year-old female cat who’s a darling with humans but loathes other animals. Her favourite hobbies are staring at birds outside the window and flexing on her scratchers. I may have to set up a cat tree in the living room and leave 1-2 scratchers around. Otherwise, she’s completely sedentary, mostly silent, and could pass off as a floor rug. She’s a 100% indoors and toilet-trained.
