Looking to rent a comfy room/ unit in Lakeside/ Taman Jurong/Boon Lay/Pioneer/Gek Poh/Bukit Gombak/Bishan/Buona Vista.

1. Malaysian Chinese Male

4. Budget 1k~2.5k+, looking for long term tenancy (1 room ~ 1 unit)
5. Clean and serene unit
6. Not overcrowded in the unit, preferably 1 person in each room with common living room (Seen many instances the living room of Condo is converted to partitioned room using gypsum board which makes the unit not feel like “Home”)
7. Can cook as l enjoy cooking, but seldom cook
8. Room size at least 150sqft, min. Queen size bed
9. Just moved in a master bedroom on June, however the landlady sold the unit, need to get a new place within 3 months. Open to team up for renting a whole unit.
