I’m chill and easy going, cleans up after my mess and respects personal space. Reasonable and understanding, we can just do our own thing. Financially stable. Vegan, but more than happy to socialize and share drinks together.

I don’t mind having friends around as long as there’s a heads up.

I have two rescue cats, both are old and non destructive. One of them has medical issues and will be in his playpen most of the time.
