🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️Looking for a roomie! 1 Common room available in May 2022. Currently renting a spacious 3-bedroom flat in punggol (near LRT). Two of us are residing in the flat now (1 in MBR, 1 in CR). We are fostering a cat and may continue to foster. No live-in landlord :)

We are looking for a roomie who respects boundaries, likes cats/animals and can keep shared bathroom and common areas dry and tidy. We prefer people who are willing to have open discussions and please NO passive aggressiveness. We would like to have a face to face meet up to get to know our potential roomie better (and also see if you like us!).

The common room is furnished with a single mattress, closet and drawer. No bed frame. Shared common toilet. The room has a ceiling fan and aircon. We rarely use the aircon so the landlord lets us do maintenance only every 6 months. Ok to have guests and cook as long as not too loud and will clean up after themselves. The rental will roughly be $700/month for the common room + utilities.
