Hi I am Malaysian also holding Singapore PR status looking for decent, bright, clean, cozy , quiet and safe and no crowded home for my long term stay in Singapore.

Preferable: Central - West area

• Housemate Preference:
Sharing with 1 or 2 housemates max. A setup like a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit where we each have our own bathroom sounds perfect (or I’m happy to take the master suite as well)
• A home where light cooking is welcome and no owner stays on-site.
• A decent-sized room (at least 150 sqft) to accommodate a Queen-sized mattress and allow for a comfy personal space.
• I’m a [non-smoker] with No pets (though I adore dogs and have 2 lovely Labradors back home in Malaysia). I have a love for home décor and When I’m not at home, you’ll likely find me out hiking and exploring nature trails
