Looking to be the sole tenant; Just want my own privacy. I’ll take care of the place. I don’t smoke, but i cook a lot. Think 3 course meals, baking, frying, and the whole lot. Im quiet and tidy, and always clean up. Would like to be able to have visitors over every now and then (not often.) And please, boiling water for cup noodle is not light cooking.
