Hi I’m Malaysian Chinese Male looking for a short term stay in 2 months along East areas. prefer from Lavender- Tampines. After 2 months in job training I’ll decide if I’ll be extend the contract depend on my new office area (highly possible will be extend). I open to all budget below 900sgd all included/month with no extra charge for anything within 2 months. My working hrs prolly 9am-7pm (mon-sat) Prefer:

• No landlord, no agent fee
• Quiet place ( this is one of the factor will affect to my long term contract decision)
• Visitor allowed ( Dont worry I wont bring friends over however my gf might come in the weekend )
• Im non smoker, light cooking
• Im clean and neat hence prefer to stay with hygien concious people.
• Room must have windows
• Queen size bed
• Desk & fan( optional )
• AC (is a must)
