Am Singaporean single divorced parent mom to 11+ year old daughter. Had returned from USA to relocate back Singapore. We are very clean & tidy. Simple cooking and 2 single beds will be great, clean bathroom, air con, washing machine, section in fridge allocated & wifii. Open to sharing flat or apartment space with other responsible female or single parents too. Prefer Sengkang, Buangkok, Punggol, Kovan, Hougang, Kovan but other premise may consider as it depends on ambience, people and rent rate for at least about 1 year to 1.5 years as am applying for HDB balance flat.
