Hi there! I’m from Costa Rica, living in Singapore since May 15. I’m currently renting a short-term room, and I want to move to a place of my own with a roommate I can know beforehand.

Must have:

• Location (near Central Area)
• Separate rooms and bathrooms.
• A/C
• I’d like to avoid paying an agent. I think that if one of us is in Singapore, an agent can be unnecessary.
• I’d prefer to pay only one month deposit.

Nice to haves:

• Tennis court
