Looking to move out, and have a cosy place to WFH in peace, and have enough space to workout in. Preferably somewhere nearer to MRT, Buona Vista/Bugis is preferred. A friendly person, who tidies up after herself, and needs her occasional me-time. Very easy-going, possibly may invite my partner over occasionally. I take the fair approach when it comes to anything concerning the common areas.
