Hi, my name is Carsten Dohrmann, born in Germany, PR in Singapore since 2003 and I’m working for an American company based in Singapore. Our business is growing in Singapore hence I will need to stay more time in Singapore while my family is staying in Chiang Mai/Thailand where I worked from the last three years. I plan to spend half of my time in Singapore and travel the other half. As we do not have an office, I will need to work from home and will set up a home office from where I can work for my job. I’m normally working throughout the day, with occasional conference calls in the evenings. Before Covid, I was used to renting out a room in my apartment, hence I understand what it means to share a place and make friends.
