Hey everyone! My current lease is ending soon and I am looking for a room/place to rent, targeting to move-in from Apr 2025

A lil information about myself

• Singapore PR
• Works in Tech
• Generally out 70% of the time
• When I’m home, I usually keep to myself in my room, though I am more than happy to interact with others at home 🙂
• Do not smoke, neat and hygienic

An ideal place looks like this

• Within 30 mins to town with close access to the MRT
• Allows visitors
• Allows some light-cooking (I meal prep)
• No curfews
• Budget range (utilities inclusive): $900-$1300
