Hi, My name is Purnima Bisht looking for a common room (private, no sharing) for myself with a quiet and clean environment. I am a hygienic person who adores cleanliness. I maintain and respect the privacy of myself and others. I will be at work from morning till 7/8:30 pm (Mon to Fri) and half day (Sat).

Following is my tenant profile: Nationality: Indian Race: Hindu (North Indian) Age:30 Gender: Female Visa Type: Spass Occupation: Administrative Accounts Executive Number of tenants: 1 Tenancy period: minimum 1 year Move-in date: 31st March 2023

** Budget Between $600 to $750 per month (that includes: WiFi, PUB/utilities)

** if possible, I Prefer/request home cooking mostly dinner (simple Indian food like veggies, dal, chapati, rice, and sometimes eggs). I am vegetarian. I have my utensils.

** In terms of cleanliness, don’t have to worry as I can clean my room myself and can also do weekly cleaning of the common area.

** Having no aircon will also go for me as I’m fine with a fan.

** Preferred location: Singapore Central. If not, far places with 50 min to 30 min or less travel to my workplace (i.e. Jalan Sultan) will also be fine.
