Looking to rent a place where

1. Visitors / Overnight visitors allowed - of course with advanced notice to other ppl staying in the house
2. No landlord staying - unless its a place where there’s dual key or enough space so that we don’t disturb each other
3. Cooking allowed - we clean up after ourselves

• I don’t cook all the time but i do like to make stews and soups.

I also have an oven, microwave, toaster, juicer etc - equipment that I will be able to bring with me for us to share use of if we successful team up to rent a place.

Max Budget $1500 including utilities. I currently do have a tv cable/broadband contract that I can port over, in which case if we were to team up, rent and splitting of bills can be discussed and negotiated.

Mainly will be me, with my partner staying over when visiting. (Both Malaysians) If he secures a job here then he would be added to the lease as a tenant.

Okay with sharing a place with not more than 3 other people max, total 5 pax under 1 roof. More people is okay depending on size of house/flat. I don’t have cats or dogs but am okay if U do.
