I’m Kaoru and I’m a Japanese who’ve been living in Singapore for close to 15 years. My family decided to move back to Japan so I’m looking to find a room or roommates who’re willing to rent a place with me!

I’m looking for a room as the follows;

Lease term: Long-term (Min 1 year)

Cooking: Yes (Acceptable for light cooking)

Aircon: Yes

Ideal room mate: Ideally Male but not a strict requirement

Owner staying: No

Types of property: Any, but condo/landed house are preferable

Bathroom: own bathroom is preferable, but common bathroom is also a choice as long as roommates can use cleanly.

In terms of the budget, I’m open to negotiations based on the location, type of room and whether utilities are included or not. In the case that we are renting the whole accommodation together; I’m open to have discussion to see how we can split the cost fairly.

I do light cooking but I’m super clean so I’ll ensure to do my part of cleaning and chores around the house. I do not smoke or drink at home as well.

I enjoy playing sports and games and am pretty active during the weekend.

I’m working full-time as an auditor with a hybrid working model so I will have days that I will be working from home. From January to April I will usually be working late so I’m expecting to not be in the house much during that period.
