Budget-wise, it’ll be $4,500 shared between 2 person for a clean, modern apartment with decent amenities (p/s: rental market prices has gone up, so kindly ensure that your budget is realistic before reaching out)

If you’re here on temporary work/study exchange only for 3 months+ then it might not be easy for us to team up, seeing as most rentals require a year’s commitment

Though I love pets, I currently don’t live with one so the apartment space will be fur-free!
