Hello! I’ve found a 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit near Redhill MRT and I’m looking for a roommate to share it with. Roomie must be okay with $1300 rental, $2600 deposit to pay now, but move in date is in Dec. My current lease is only ending in Dec, but the owner of the unit is kind enough to extend this offer to me and lowered the original proposed rental, on the condition of signing now without viewing.
