Flatmate leaving the country so on the look out for a new space!

I’m easy-going, respectful and clean. Enjoys privacy but always down to chill, dine, have fun with my flatmates (hopefully new friends). Have been living with roommates of various nationalities for the past decade, so almost a professional flatmate at this point!

Looking for a private room (private toilet preferred), dryer (a plus) and few restrictions!! WFH part of the week so will need space for office setup.

Central location within walking distance to MRT is preferred.
