Hello potential roomies! I’m Sookie. Albeit the japanese-sounding name, I am Malaysian Chinese :)

I am currently looking for a room that requires no more than 30 mins commute to Orchard. (Prefers a direct bus/mrt). The following are my criteria for the room.

• No landlord staying
• Fully furnished (inc. a queen bed)
• Bills and utilities included
• Light cooking allowed (boiling, air-frying)
• Allow occasional overnight visitors (my long-term bf visits me once every 3 months for a couple of nights but usually no more than 5 days. We keep it to ourselves and are very respectful of other’s space).
• Clean environment and respectful roomies. Loud housemates are not preferred as I am a light sleeper.

A little more about myself! I am clean (momma raised me like that :P ) and respectful of people’s space. I describe myself as adaptive ambivert depending on the people I am surrounded with. So if you prefer to be left alone, I am happy to do just that! But if you fancy a good chat and prefers socializing between housemates, I am more than excited to becoming good friends. I love a good movie night ;) Basically, I’m flexi!

I work 5.5 days a week (such is my life of a healthcare provider) so I won’t be spamming the electric bill. I also sleep as early as 10pm on weekdays so I don’t make much noise at all (if any noise even). I can say I am super easy to live with so hit me up if you think you have any potential rooms. I am also open to teaming up with 2 others!
