If you are like me and are really tired of the market and understand that negotiating in this market is difficult, and don’t mind staying at areas like Punggol or Tampines/Pasir Ris if needed, and have a similar budget ($1200-$1800 PER PERSON for 3b2b/3b3b, or $1500 - $2000 for 2b2b), let’s team up.

COOKING MUST BE ALLOWED. People with rooms with “No cooking” or that “light cooking” instant noodles bs stop wasting my time and don’t message me unless you allow cooking.

I’m a Malaysian PR working as an Account Manager in Singapore for almost a decade. I love to cook and bake and I love a clean apartment. I currently WFH. Looking for people with similar enough budgets to hopefully share a two bedroom two bathroom unit with one person, or a three bedroom three bathroom unit with two people, or more realistically, a 3b2b place where two people share a common bathroom depending on who gets the common rooms.

Ok with most places except Jurong, Woodlands and Yishun areas. But please be realistic with your budget vs the area you want.
