Hi there I’m Stef, a 29 yo Marketing Exec. currently looking to share a unit or room with someone 🏡

🙋‍♂️ Details about myself: Thai - Chindian brought up in a Teochew upbringing, generally an active person or at least try to be haha (gym, outdoor activities, socializing), generally like to be healthy, introvert, Libra ♎️

🧺 My lifestyle habits - I don’t smoke & drink (unless there are company dinners), want to be able to cook meals in a new place (yes I can cook), and rarely at home, if I am it would either be me working OT, or chilling (catching up on Netflix shows), or learning new stuff, don’t enjoy staying cooped up in my room, ventilation is essential.

🧼 Hygiene practices - I have a weekly routine of cleaning my room and toilet! Every Sunday is cleaning day (laundry included)!

Most of my stuff are just camera gears, and shoes (cause I work with a brand).

🌻 Reason for sharing: I’m rarely at home so it doesn’t make sense for me to spend so much on rental. I’m open to adjusting my monthly budget depending on the situation.
