Easygoing. Clean up after myself. Like reading, learning and going outdoors for a walk, hike or swim. I have a dog as well (meek 10-year old female toy poodle which is house trained) but if the place isn’t dog friendly, I need not bring my dog along. I will like to find a place where the house rules allow guests, and of course myself & my guests will be respectable and polite, and would clean up after ourselves. :) Ready to move. I am Singaporean Chinese as well if that may matter. Keen to meet and have housemates from all walks of life. Keen in the following locations: tiong bahru, dhoby ghaut & farrer park. But could consider near the beach too. For team ups, please lmk if you already have a certain budget, time frame & properties in mind.
