HII!! I’m looking for a tenant to take over a lease from my housemate! A big common room with balcony in a Condo near Marine Parade/ East Coast. Sharing common toilet with me. Master bedroom taken by another housemate (working professional). The room has a built in wardrobe, a relatively new queen size bed and a working ac which was being serviced recently.

About me: I’m friendly, always open to conversations. I also respect people’s time and privacy. I’m quiet, organised, tidy, and no weird habits. The only cooking I’ll be doing would be heating up food for my dogs. I fly for work hence, won’t be around all the time. I’ve a very cute and well- behaved 2 year old Cavachon dog and her few months old puppy.
