Just want to state first that I’m only looking to rent towards EOY, but just wanna indicate interest first for potential roommates cause I’m open to both team-ups (2-4 ppl sharing a unit) or a studio (whole unit) :) No landlord, pref cooking and visitors allowed, pretty flexible on other requirements~

I’m pretty chill and would be up for hanging out, but would probably spend a significant portion of my time in my own room recharging as well :’) currently wfh 100%

Will def keep common areas clean! And okay with hiring weekly/biweekly cleaning services
