Hey there, it’s Vero! I’m the Indonesian-Chinese girl who’s always up for a good laugh and a Netflix binge. When I’m not glued to my screen, you can usually find me playing games on my laptop or switch - and let’s be real, who doesn’t love a good game night?

Unfortunately, my landlady is moving on to greener pastures (lucky her!), so I’m in search of a new common room to call home.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

A kitchen where I can whip up my favorite snacks (heating milk, boiling water, instant noodles - my culinary skills are truly next-level!).

Conveniently located near supermarkets, hawker centers, and food courts because, let’s face it, food is life!

Enough space for my height-adjustable desk (it’s 120cm x 60cm, but don’t worry, I won’t be using it as a dance floor…or will I?).

Air conditioning and internet access are a must for me.

Windows to let in the sunshine (and to prevent me from becoming a cave-dwelling hermit).

Now, about my occasional overnight visitors - my long-term boyfriend from Malaysia may pop in once in a blue moon, but he’s usually busy being amazing, so he won’t be disturbing the peace too often. I also have a niece who is studying in Malaysia and may come to stay with me for short periods during school holidays. Don’t worry, though, we’ll keep the noise down (unless we’re watching a scary movie, in which case, all bets are off!).

I can speak English, Chinese, Indonesian, and even a little Hokkienese - so if you’re up for a language exchange, count me in! My preferred location is within 40 minutes’ reach of Novena.
