Hi, my friend (Eugene) and I (Leon) are looking to team up with a potential housemate to rent and share a 3-room unit together in February 2022. Ideally, Eugene would pay a higher rent to occupy the master room (if any). The rest will occupy the common rooms. (note: it’s negotiable!)

We are both working as tax consultants in one of the Big Four Accounting Firms. Although our job sounds boring, we are definitely easy-going and friendly!
