Looking for a place in the Central region that has a common room + is cat-friendly as I have a lovely female white calico cat with me. My budget for this is $700 max (I’m the wine drinker).
Even better is if you have a Master bedroom + Common room in the Central / East region and cat-friendly – our budget for these 2 rooms in the same unit is $2000 all-in.
