I am a 32 yo Singaporean Chinese female. I am neat, organised and minimalistic. I respect other people’s privacy and hope to have housemates that respect my privacy too. I strictly do not touch other people’s belongings and would want others to treat me and my belongings with the same respect.

My budget is Sgd450 per month for single room or up to Sgd550 for single room with attached bathroom. I don’t mind living in the utility room/ smallest room while you pay higher rent and use all the other rooms. I am the type of housemate that will never touch your things so I hope to live with someone who also doesn’t touch others’ things.

My requirements are:

1 The house has to be within walking distance (less than 10 min) to the MRT. (preferably Circle Line or Green Line between Clementi and Paya Lebar or Purple Line between Farrer Park and Serangoon)

2 The house has to be clean.

I am willing to rent for 3 to 6 months depending on how well I like the place. Let me know if you want to rent a single room to me / team up. Thanks!
