Hi all, i m look for a room to rent in bedok only. My budget is $650-750 pub, WiFi, ac included. I need 1 month notice to move over, looking to shift asap. Here are my requirements:

1. Aircon
2. Able to bring visitors - 5yo son: staying from fri night to sun evening, gf: time to time but not staying overnight.
3. Queen-sized bed

My background: 34yo male, local Working hours: Mon- Fri 9am -6.30pm as IT support at MOF, but won’t be home that early
