A) Housemates: if we’re in the living room, you don’t mind watching Netflix and snacks together. I have lived with Swedish, German, Colombian, Indonesian and Hong Kong housemates before. If we do things differently, it doesn’t mean it’s wrong, it’s just what works for your context.

B) Room: Will need a single room with bed, wardrobe and desk, I prefer light and airy, will use fan more to keep cool. Will use aircon occasionally

C) Cooking: If housemates cook pasta or steak, I can cook the vegetables, chicken or soup! Gonna try out cooking Quorn more. Will share a block of cheese or chocolate occasionally, I want to try new flavours, but too much to eat by myself!☺️

D) Location: Novena/ Sin Ming in Upper Thomson/ Joo Chiat / Mountbatten

E) Budget: up to $800 (including utilities)

F) Lease: 10-12mths

G) Move in date: October

H) Female, working professional, in late 30s

I ) Likes: Festivals, art, films, design, hiking, trying to be more eco-conscious and grow plants☺️

J) Work: I organise activities on social impact, creative or cultural projects

K) Pets: I can get along with cats or dogs. If you have a dog, you can teach me to walk it.

L) Will clean room once a week, willing to contribute for a cleaning service that cleans the place once a week.

M) Any group or housing bills we contribute to can be divided on Splitwise App!
